converting or opening old b3v 3100 to fta

i have a few b3v 3100 that iam looking to open or convert to fta rcu. what do i do, and what do i need to do this, verry noob to this concept. thankx all for the help and insight.

Hi All 3100 not suteable for FTA mod (wrong chip) can only be done with 301-013
