how to add channels in rc

if the channels are not listed in rc tier editor, then how can you add them. i am looking for some international channels that were added recently 902 and 903 to be exact

If you find the tiers and they have the low, high, rights and provider ID just add it to your personal tier patch. here is how:
Here is the atlanta tier to go by
!AddTier 0534 0548 00206C 00 ;Atlanta Part 1
!AddTier low high rights ID ;Atlanta Part 1
Just fill in the red with the appropriate info that you find and then add this line to your tiers in you tierset in your RC folder
