So what floppy is this an update for? I'm new to the STXL being a CEMU guy....

If you already have a floppy disk made that you boot from, just dump the new st19xl.exe file onto the floppy. In every release from PGM (i sugest going directly to google groups, then follow PGM's link to rapidshare) their is 3 folders within the .zip; lin-linux version, dos-dos version and win-windows version. Just choose the dos version and dump it onto the floppy. Select yes on the file replacement warning.

Then reboot from the floppy and your good to go!!! MUCH MUCH simpler then cemu.
