Crazy1_79 helped me figure out how to flash my 2313 and I have evrything else ready to fly but..... The old laptop I using has the lpt port and a 15 pin port on the back. The adapter that came with the maxmel is a 9 pin. I found an adapter that will connect the 9 pin to the lpt, does anyone know if this will work? Do you know how I can build a cable that will work? The maxmel has a 10 pin connector on the end like an old 128 atmega, is there anything that will work with that? I'm reading and trying to figure this out, but now I'm lost and I really need some help. Thank you to anyone in advance.

The MaxMex requires serial communications (COM PORT) not Parallel (LPT PRINTER PORT)

Well I got out the old desktop and everything is running fine. If I would have tried it last night I would have already had it going. Thanks again to all who have helped and tried to help me.
Edit: All is not well. The cemu version I was using worked on the channel I had it on. As soon as I turned the channel, the guide went green. I guess I'll wait until the next floppy maker is released.
