3900 DCU peek error's

ok i'm trying to jtag a 3900 dish from the bottom with my quad mode jtag.Over the years i have done a few of these with no problem but no matter what i do i keep gettin' DCU peek error's and i can't go on any further.Is there something i can ground? can i jtag it from the top with my simple jtag i use on my 301-13? If so can someone post a pic or tell me where i can find one?Thanks.

Sure you got the right pad 1?? NOT pin 1 of jtag port on top, pad 1 below.

Yep 1st i grounded pad 1 to the case still the same then i grounded pad 1 to the ground bar on the bottom of ird and the same i never seen anything like this before.:confused:

Try a few different versions of jkeys, that worked for me. Version 2.9 does not give me the error on 2700. Its worth a try......

Hooked up another computer reflashed and was watching tv in 5 minutes go figure.:) THANKS for all your help this was makin me nuts.:)
