ST19XL and Not authorized message..

I was using ST19XL (1.24.08 Build) and replaceed the EXE with the newest one. Now, no matter what I do I cannot get past the THis Channel is available for Upgrade message. Is this a tier issue? All of the channels in the guide look normal, just black screen though, and that damn message.


Any help would be much appreciated.


**UPDATE** Getting the same issue with CEMU now as well. I did my tiers with Mr.TierWorks 3.1.. could this be the problem?

sounds like a expiration issue in the tiers.

Or the ird info tier may be expired

check the exp dates in something like romexplorer and
change them if necessary.

or redo the tiers in mr tier works and check the dates.

If it's b3v we are talking here it's down need a new st19xl.exe once PGM sends it out

Sorry I didn't have the iRD up when i was typing that above, i am getting the 005 nag. I assume this is a bin issue but not sure what issue..

Ok. Fixed.

Opened ST19XL.COR in Mr.TierWorks 3.1
Organize & Wipe Tiers
Selected Tiers
Set Expiry
Modify BIN File

And then copied and pasted over the existing ST19XL.COR in my folder (while it was running and giving 005) and it popped on in about 30sec.

Maybe this will help someone else with this issue.
