Before I lose my mind, is bev up with cardless? I've tried everything and no matter what I can't get past the 005 Nag. I've read till my eyes bleed, tired all available programs, tier updates, etc and I'm at a complete loss. It always stays on the 005 Nag. I've even borrowed my wifes dual core 3.8GHZ computer so speed is not the problem. I'm ready to throw in the towel unless someone has any suggestions.

What is your setup? ird, emu setup, etc? Post what you've done, step by step. I'm up cardless here on bev.
More info and maybe we can help.

Thx for the reply.
I'm running a 2700 with a 2 chip 2313 emu and running it on a 3.8Ghz computer (windows vista). I've got the virtual serial port set for com 3 and 4, running auxshare .21 and st19 2.6.21. It communicates fine with the receiver (shows the smartcard info in the sys info screen), however it never gets past the 005 not authorized nag. I've let it run all night and still nothing. The card info from the emu is displayed at 102 rev 248. I haven't reflashed it yet as it was working flawlessly when cemu was up a few months back.
So far I've tried different cor files, I've updated the keys on it to the latest, I've tried updating the cor with the tier maker and no luck. I've tried the Cemu program as well, but it just stays on a black screen.
I'm at a complete loss. Any suggetions is much appreciated.

edit: I'm using 10bar.hex flash which shows rev10b in sys info. You will need to reflash yout 2313, if I'm not mistaken.
OK. No need for auxshare. You can run ST19XL cardless! Very easy.
Open you st19xl .bat file and paste this:
@echo off
START "ST19XL" ST19XL.EXE -m -w -s -pe1
Change -pe1, (that is your physical com port going to ird) to whatever com port # you are currently using.
Try that and post back.

Thanks for the suggestions, but no go.
I flashed it with the 10bar.hex and tried it on two different computers and still get the 005 nag. Is there anything I need to do to the cor file?
Thx,

Copy and paste here the command line from your st19.bat file.
Are you seeing rev10b in sys info? What # is the com port that is connected to your ird?
edit: Is your .cor file verified working on another setup? If so, nothing needs to be done. All key updates will roll by themselves.

Thx for the reply.
I'm running the exact same command line as you gave me, and yes it is showing rev 10B in the sys info. I'm connected to com 1 and it does communicate with the reciever.
I'm also using the public cor file posted here.
I'm not sure if there really is anything else left to try.

The 2700 of mine is insane, as well--very particular in how and when it chooses to play. This is my procedure (and it works for me everytime): You're PC is running and so is ST19xl. Your TV is on and so is the 2700. Remove the card and reinsert. When the 'acquiring sat' message is displayed, press SHIFT-R to reset ST19. After that, the IRD will go through its normal initialization and you should be watching some tv in a short bit. Might take longer if the keys need to roll, of course.
st19xl -m -pe1 st19.cor
is the command that we use for bev with COM1 as the IRD port. AUXShare is not needed at the moment (for BEV).
If the 005 nag continues then you need to reflash that IRD with an all in one jEEPers file. A 248 version is available at the normal locations for both the new and the old AVR chipsets.
Cheers,
dk

As dekan said above, an ird reflash may be needed. You have to be running the public ird #s if you aren't already.
My startup procedure (2700) goes like this and works:
Connect pc to ird. Insert dummy card into ird card slot if you're using internal emu.
Power up ird. You should see "smartcard not inserted correctly"
Start up ST19. Should see really fast scrolling and the ird error message should go away.
Now you should be seeing "not authorized". On my ird, this message will flash on then black screen, over and over until keys roll. This may take 10 minutes or more.
With the setup you're describing, you should be up and running. Good luck.

Running just fine here.
Bev 3100 ST19XL_2.6.21 and Auxshare 0.2.1, cardless. I did notice that Bev is using Map calls again, as Auxshare is streaming numbers.
G'day

I guess I should correct myself then, cause my st19 was down due to not running any aux at all,not even auxshare.I guess once they started mapcalls again, something is needed to answer back, auxshare, auxcard, whatever.

I'm currently up with that setup.

I couldn't get it to work on cardless, so I'm trying to run it with Auxshare.
I've tried two different recievers, and rev 248 flash, rev10b flash and 10c flash and they all stay on the 005 Nag. I've tried a couple of the bev cor files updated the keys, etc etc and still nothing.
Anyone have any suggestions on what I can try next aside from taking a sledgehammer to everything.

Ok - on my setup it WILL NOT work with an AUX card - but it works perfectly with Auxshare....
Now that is weird...
I have re-written perky's Aux to my card and it still doesn't work with the aux card. Have to figure out why now - has worked perfectly for a couple years now.
And for the record B*v is using map3E at the moment - not that nasty sh*t Dish is cooking up.

sledman,
And I suspect your running the windows version of ST? I've come across others having similar problem as me and they are all running the DOS version.
Either that or SF is making it go similar to the way Auxshare is.
