Hello,

I am a newbie for FTA, but I have my dish Enigma/ROM Code Blocker running on a 301.010 receiver. Here are my questions:

- Can one FTA receiver receive both DISH and DirecTV channels simultaneously? Or, is there a separate bin for DISH and DirecTV which means you have to run either one or the other?

- Can I use my existing DISH 1000+, LNB, and DP44 switch with a FTA like the ViewSat 9000 HD? Or do I need some new hardware and what are they?

- Do I need a ROM card or Enigma card with an FTA receiver?

- Using the same DISH 1000+ reflector, can I run an FTA and a regular DISH 301.10 receiver at the same time?

Thanks,

You can hide behind proxies (I am willing to bet MANY are not even trying to hide).

It depends on how bad Chuckie wants to find the server that is updating the IKS NFusion receivers...and how much cooperation he can get from ISPs.

P.S. We don't use the D*r*cTv word around here - that system is currently secure (and why bother anyway??)
