ROM102 reading, locked or not

I am reding ROM102 in N2Edit 2.55, and this is what I am geting.

Provider: Dish Network
Reading Card Image...
Failed to read card.

I run an unlocking scripts on Blue Nexus for all night, and still geting the same reading.
Any help I will be appreciate it

the card is locked on a blue nexus it should unlock in 5 min to 20 min if it is set right

What are the right setings?
I am using a WinEx50, and setings from the script ROM102_ND13_A0FF-INTERCEPR-AUTOVCC_20
I use nagramaster too
Nexus 9V, 45om, 2and5 ON.
Any sggestions?
