Another 501 Problem

I have a 501 that I was going to restream from charlie to bev but when I open jkeys it shows FFFFFFFE and does not recognize the receiver. Both red and green lights on after grounding pin 1, does anyone have any idea what have I've done wrong?

Are you using the correct JKEYS?? Make sure you select 501 in the drop-down menu.

Are both the red/green lights still on AFTER you remove the ground to PIN 1?? If so, then you have a problem.

It's normal for the red/green lights to be on when PIN1 is grounded.

This 501 project is giving me grey hair, I found a broken solder joint on my jtag after about 2 hours of fighting with jkeys and wall 2.2, but thanks for the reply wiley
