510 vidmod issue

ok this is very strange...i did this ird write and erase,marry etc.
once i had bev soft on and i erased sa61(U7) to restream to dish but it wont convert, it blinked for maybe 6 hours or so,i then tryed to erase flash to change but it wont fully erase with vid mod on,in boot mode, im using R44 12v method what previosly worked just fine
any ideeas what could be wrong?

Make sure its got 12v on the U7 side of R44 pads.

what i did is i pluged ird with oj1 jumper off and then tryed jkeys but it gave me D5Q error...i started wall witch gave me some error too, i left it open then started jkeys again and i was able to write and erase tsop
