Anyone want to fix my unknown provider?

I have a rev10b card with 103 intercpt. Right now it is spoof at rev10c but I patched the wrong mecm fix. It went unknown provider on me. Now it wont read or write.

I tried Rebelserf, RM-1A, and darkhoods but to no avail. I tried several unlocking scripts but it just gives me a script error? I'll pay $20 to get it working again. Thanks!
