Hey Guys,
i Have been out of this a while - and Yes I am reading, reading, reading
I currently have a Bev 301.010 that has been out of the stream for a year and a half - 2 BEV Access Cards (Is there a link to identify them? Yes, I am searching) - a Jtag, ISO Programmer, Mikobu Programmer, Magic Card, Eprom Blaster, Lockouts, Etc.
Just checking on what I need or if you think it would be better to just go FTA - Price is not a problem.
Thanks Guys and I'll keep reading

i went from monkeying around with dish and bev recievers , to a pansat 2700 and haven't looked back .... recently bought a captive works 600p and love it too .... between the 2 of them , one of them is always up .
here's the thing , do you actually enjoy hacking the signal , if so stay with what you have .....
if you have little free time and would like to watch tv from another country once in awhile , get a fta .

You can't go wrong with captive works fixes are out quick price of the unit really good.

Thanks for the replies - Leaning towards FTA - Maybe setup a BEV in the bedroom to have something to play around with - Thanks again
I would play with what you already have - what cards do you have? Color? Are there EX-04 , EX-05 or EX-07 numbers on the back?

what you can do with almost all fta's is hit bev and 2 of dishes sat's ( normally 110 and 119 ) .
you just need a 4 way diseqc switch .
between bev and dish one of them is always up .

I second that! CaptiveWorks in my opinion is the best in the fta market when it comes to fixes.
