501 program

Trying to program a 102 for a 501. I don't have the card image. Can I take a virgin rom 102 rev 103 and put it into gendt08 v3.3 with the 501 tsop #2 image. Generate rsa or sk for ird and card. Make tiers for it. Add blocker and mecms. I'm I missing something.
