Can this ird be used for testing. Is there a way to JTAG this?

1.you will have to send it out for tsop info changed 150.00-200.00
2.open rom103 ,and it will not have autoroll

Can't be JTAG'd. If you want to use it, you will have to find a VERY SKILLED tech to remove the BGA processor ("TSOP" - although it's a different package in these receivers) and replace it with a preflashed one. The cost and amount of technical expertise required makes it not really worth testing (unless it has a ROM102 or 103 that can be removed/unlocked/programmed and then placed back in it's proper place.
