please help me, I'm having troubles trying to download the new file to fix my cs5000. I have the cs loader v2.4, and the new norw 166 file, but, when I conect the receiver to the pc (receiver ON, STAND BY, file ready, press AUTODETECT) it tells me to conect the receiver and turn it on, I bought the USB to serial adapter and I've checked all the ports on my pc, they're all enabled. I also tried with diferent cables (RS-232) directly without the adapter and it's not working. please I need to know what I'm doing wrong.
