hughes to fta trouble

since the usb256's are up and running I thought I would try this gaebo to fta stuff. I have my jtag connected and my bfr jumper on. went throught the step and saved original file. went through the other steps to get it unlocked and the little green light to come on. that all works. earased flash and that worked choose to write hughes 6ta full bin and it errors out at 59%. anybody had any luck doing this?

yeah they work, but there locking up in the guides and stuff. and the channels are going from scrambled to not scrambled right now. i got 4 of them working.

I can't even get mine to program in jkeys. it earases but error's out at 59% to 69% when trying to program 6ta

I am using jKeysIRDtoFTA-COMPLETE-012907. my other question is I have #10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 soldered together and hooked to my ground on my jtag which should be the same pins grounded. I also have the bfr jumper on when I plug my ird in to use jkeys. Is this write so far? I am also using dsstester-hughes to fta files and am trying to write Hughes_6ta - Flash(28F320J3A) - Full.bin to my tsop. I think this is all the write stuff to use. If I'm wrong please let me know. This isn't a do or die thing to get runng. just playing around with it for something else I can mark off my list of things to try. 1 more thing, I'm NOT using a buffered jtag. I'm using a simple jtag

simple jtag is what i have too use this version of jkeys.

jKeysMegaPack-v11.22.07-TGDSE.

and 1 more important thing after doing the full HGBtoFTA Full-4096kb erase

make sure you know your mod file size and change the flash size.

it will either be 4.00 mgb or 1.87 mgb if you are gonna write the 4.00mgb mod file to the reciever then make sure the flash section says Full-4096kb and if you are writing the 1.87 mgb file then flash should be HGBtoFTA-1920kb.

but always uder flash do a Full-4096kb erase.
