C will save your cor and hold the correct keys without exiting. I try to remember to do this whenever there is a keychange in case the app closes for some other reason. I also use Q to quit and save but "C" saves your cor file on the run.

You can pull the floppy while its running to check and make any changes you want to the COR. I do this for the 9F updateing. Put the updated floppy with the COR back in and press" shift-L" and it will load all info without shutting down anything. This also works well to save a copy of the working COR or to make a backup floppy. I have found that the system does need restarted if you are updateing the ST19 program.

What kind of 9F updating do you do, I have never had to update anything. Once I put the 10c codespace on my cor it does all of the updates itself. By the way you can pull your floppy once it loaded and leave it out because once it boots its loaded into RAM so it will run without disk until it needs to be restarted.

Here are some more key strokes I add the C to this list
May be helpful in trouble shooting Superforge

Keystrokes:
-----------

While the program is running there are a few keystrokes that will perform
certain actions.

'Q' : Capital Q (Shift-q) will quit the program.

'C' : Capital C (Shift-c) over write cor, will save your cor and hold the correct keys without exiting

'D' : Capital D (Shift-d) will toggle communications display on and off.

'T' : Capital T (Shift-t) will toggle timestamping on and off.

'R' : Capital R (Shift-r) will display a report of any client failures & card failures.

'1' : Number 1 will Reset client #1 - this is used if you have to turn off one of your
client emus, then when you restart your emu it will reconnect to the card server
without interrupting the other client. Stop client emu first - then hit this
keystroke before you attempt to reconnect your client emu.

'2' : Number 2 will Reset client #2 - this is used if you have to turn off one of your
client emus, then when you restart your emu it will reconnect to the card server
without interrupting the other client. Stop client emu first - then hit this
keystroke before you attempt to reconnect your client emu.

'ctrl-break' : will stop the software immediatley at any time.

I have a 921(rom103) that has to have a 9F patch file added with each update change from the provider. Maybe ever two or three months. If I don't update I loss most all channels. I also have a 510(rom 102) that keeps resetting every fifteen minutes or so. Have not looked at it yet but thinking it may be something to do with the last 9F change as it started about then.
