301.13 single flash wont write

aM TRYING TO BRING BACK THIS 301.13 IRD AND WHEN I TRY TO WRITE TO IT IT GIVES ME "ERROR programming flash at offset 7fc00000".

can be fix?

Sounds like it has not been erased.......

Yes it was erased by me to change the keysets, but now it wont right back to the ird. Just getting that error
