View Full Version : Channels went black
Hi,
All my channels went black today, I have rom 102 running codespace blocker with latest hot fix.
Did my tiers expire? I remember setting expiry date to 1/2010 few months back.

New MECM. The MUAH blocker seems to still be working according to everything that I've read.

Yep, a new fix is required for the codespace blocker.

Thanks The Lizard King...
It's working.
How to load the MUAH blocker on a card that has the codespace blocker?
clean codespace and then apply the blocker + patch + 0106 key patch
can anybody confirm...

To be safe, I would write a virgin ROM102 Rev103 image to the card before switching to the Muah! Blocker.
The Muah! is an All-in-one...after writing a "clean" image to the card, write the Muah! that corresponds to your time zone and try to read it back (to make sure the blocker is working).
Thats it...nothing else required! (To be safe, I would suggest you change the default blocker password in N2Edit before writing).

Thanx Wiley, how do I update the public keys after writing that virgin image?

This is exactly what I did for years and did not loose a card yet. After you do all the patches then save it and use 106 keychanger to udate the keys....
Thanx lakeboy...will try it
