Viewsat 2000 ultra?

I was loading with USB stick and unit locked up with Caution do not power off .So I waited and it was powered off but not by me . Now all I see is dots on the units display and no menues. Anyone had exp with this problem and know how to fix?

it happend to me yesterday i put in a factory file then working file it is working fine i hope it works for you use cable good luck

On the usb viewsats do you need the usb connection or can you connect it to the pc the same way you would one of the older viewsat models?

You are going to have to use the serial cable to revive your Ultra.

YOu will need to get the Factory reset until you get 0000 on your display.

Perhaps you might have to try different Factory resets so just be patient.

The best advice when a new file comes out is to wait to see what people are experiancing. Sometimes it is best to load the new flash via serial.

I have went by all instruction and I'm at a point the loader keeps sending and resending but no %. I've also tried the reboot and menue but no luck there . I do thank all of you for any help and anymore.
