help with viewsat x

can someone help me please everytime i hook up my antana cable my viewsat locks up on me!

Its not you. Most viewsats and sonicview recievers I have heard. You'll have to wait for a new prog.

turn off back sw. disconnect sat cable turn back on use remote go to cannel 100 it will unlock it. but from what i can read they are saying to disconnect sat cable and unplug from wall until new file comes out. hope this helps
