I run private numbers, what I have done is changed the ird # and b/k to mine, the card is reconized by the rec., changed keys to current keys still get 005 nag any help would be great!

Well, there is more to it then IRD# and Boxkeys....if you'd do some reading (DT08/SK) you can figure it out.
