Channel missing on viewsat extreme

Can someone tell me there are some new international channels added on channel 716 & 718 but i'm only getting 716 which is on 61.5. I tried re-scanning the satellite but it's not getting detected, is there a new channel or satellite file which will resolve this problem. Also channel 499 and 486 which is moved to 491 & 493 i can't seem to get those channels too?

check Anik F3 they move some of international channels to this bird. search for 118.7 bird, need a special low freq LNB and 33" dish or super dish 1000 to catch
the pono channels just move around....rescan ...rescan ...rescan....
