Not working on 508 "Help Please"

I have a 508 dvr with private info and private bin. I used it about a year ago with EE 5.x and it worked fine, I just loaded my private bin with the keys and I was good to go. Now, I get only the free channels with EE 9.0, 1, 2 & 3 and I get some sound on PPV channels. All other channels are black, and I have no error messages. What am I doing wrong? Looks like yoyr tiers have expired. Crank up MR-TierWorks 3.1.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that the bin file I use for the enigma is currently running fine on my 102... thats another issue all in itself, everything works fine but the box does not record VOD even though the VOD tiers are added. But yet the tiers are good, set to expire at the end of April. Any suggestions? Thank You for your reply.
