Completly new at this. Have a 102 card in an 811 Dishnet receiver that's gone down. I want to get it re-progam but was told i have to get it unlock first by the person that programed it. I don't know where that person is now, am I screwed?

You should try all the standard CODE first to get in. If you have a loader hook it up and load up NagraEdit 5.2... Click Tools->Unlock Card
Try Passwords
AABBCCDDAABBCCDD
DEADBEEFBAADF00D
All 0, 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 ,5 6, 7, 8, and 9's
A, B, C, D, E, and F's
The pass is probably in those combo's
Moost people keep it simple or leave it Standard.
Good Luck... if that don;t work run Rebelseff's Fooked Omni Unloacker and hope it unlocks before you get looped. Use an older modded loader if possible with older Chips and NEWD13 as it is a rev103 spoofed to 10c.

Before you do a high dive why not check to see if you can read the card? Maybe it will not need unlocking!
