Seems like everything went down about 4 PM today... Is there a New ECM... Or what may be the issue?

Mecm probably went active. Heard arm went down also, it would have rolled if it was just keys,

new map 2a call in stream for bell and dishnet looks like this one is going to take a while to fix so just sit back and wait dont bother trying old files or programs they WONT work
