Just got thru loading up new atmega128 fix. and alls fine except channel 406 setanta sports. the guide box is Green and wants to give me free upgrade? however it asks for you to enter password. and ive tried lots of numbers? funny thing is in a previous file i got this channel. atmega sports file! is there any way to upgrade? change tier? any help out there guys.. thanks.:mad:

Need more info. What loader or program are you using? What's your platform? Are you running public, private? Ird?

thanks for reply. running 301. atmeag 128. running jeepers. and file was Sport! had the channel on previous files. but now the channel box is Green and when you click on it it says Free upgrade. then promps you for a pin number? of which i dont know. and after 3 attemps says try again later. would you believe of all the darn channels its got to be the one i watch most. maybe i should try a different file?? if there is one... again tnx fer comback... taf

well i just loaded another atmega fix.. the latest one in file section. april 04. and same thing. setanta Green. so it must be in the ird. Now how can i upgrade?? ive changed the upgrade in menu. Without my permission!! had it set for Ask me first. left machine off. power by remote. No flashing green light, and No notification to say its downloaded anything. so only way i see is to find out how to get Password 4 digit numbers to allow download.. any ideas??? taf

Just to add to mayor's comments. I had the same problem but I had it fixed using Phoenix Atmega Loader. Really simple program to use. Be sure to tick the box that says Setants Sports, which is in the Sports tiers section of the same program.

hi guys. im trying to figure out the phoenix 123 loader? i found where the setanta tier is. and gave it the check mark. but i realy dunno how to use this program. how do i get the latest file on the card?? the text that comes with the loader doesnt have much info. i need it in DUMBO terms. i ran the wizard and it did its thing but Smart card error. anywhere i can down load the way to use this program.. tnx guys... realy appreciate your input.. taf

it's not hard
best to clean the card first in jeepers, eeprom erase and alternative chip erase
then reopen phoneix, run wizard
then just follow the steps
i.e. click your tiers
I changed the speed to 4.50
oh yea with 2.13 I deleted the .tmp file in the eeprom folder as well
also there is a how-to written by TT in the atmega files section, old but still the same basic steps, check that and ask if you need more help

well guys after pulling my hair out. i finaly got to run phoenix loader. thanks to you. and link for the wicked how to.. now the machine takes the card and i get all white boxes in guide. No more Green ones. Ahhhhh!! left machine on 101. but have Black screen.. my next question is How do you load the latest Fixes into Phoenix??? currently running the DN214 latest fix. in file section? and run the Sport one also. they work but Green Setanta 406 channel... with jeepers... so im almost there.... tnx again.. taf

the phoneix you loaded, presumably correctly, IS the latest fix...you shouldn't need to load anything else
give it a while to roll, or try unplugging the ird and pulling and reinserting card
