just got a coolsat PVR, need some help

hey guys, top of the evening to all,

guys, i just bought a coolsat 7100 micropvr, and its my first time messing with FTA, i was wondering can someone give me a how to on how to program these receivers, and if there is anything i need to get this receiver programmed,please let me know, much help is appreciated. thanks

Well, if history has anything to do with it, Coolsat will put out a new version of your model in a year or so and discontinue support of your model.... so try to get as much use of it as you can!

Do some reading...the receiver SHOULD have come with a manual (then again, seeing how Coolsat is supporting their legacy receivers it shouldn't suprise me that they didn't send you a manual).

They do not produce AUX card BINs any more for Coolsat. The coder that used to do those never got paid for his work and moved to a different brand.

The cardslot for Coolsats is not currently being supported.
