322 bga connections?

hey all Can someone direct me to a how to on a 322. I found one in the Garbage today (one mans trash is anothers treasure) It looks like it got wet and will not power up. (don't care) I want to remove the bga AND surronding circuit board as to mount this on an old avr. Ive done this with some 311 and they work great. I can't seem to find a diagram with the connetion points for a 322 as they are different than a 311.
I'm not comfortable just removing the bga chip and would rather do it this way. thanks in advance
