s39, s40? junkyard for dummies

Is there a picture available of where the s39 and s40 pads are to the right of the jtag in the receiver. Can you tell me what I am looking for and would it be marked s39, s40,. Understand it should be circled and about size of pin head. I see 14 round pin head size dots to the right and down, says transport stream out, am I in right area??

Should I find these spots with your help, exactly what is meant by jump?? Found EJ tags on circuit board but am very electronically challenged.
