Hey,

I'm just wondering if I am the only one or if there is anyone else that is experiencing problems with USB 256. I can't seem to watch anything in the HIGH 400's like the UFC fight that was last week or Boxing or that adult stuff on the low 480's.

Everytime I try to watch the EVENT like UFC it asks me to ORDER and if I go YES it does the PHONE LINE TEST then says FAIL ... ? Am I doing something wrong, or did I program wrong? I am using the latest USB256 posted which is v6.04.

Everything else seems to be working, I can watch PPV they seem to be all 3M except for the UFC and BOXING events its asking me to order???

Dishnet NORSA 2700 Receiver.

Can someone help me out pls or point me in the right direction. Thank You.

My Friend your problem is your Eeprom bin itself. If you are using something other than the supplied Eeprom file, you must add the tiers you want and the PPV strings must be in the ranges required. The event IDs the same thing.

Be sure you are not using some 102 bin thatv has a blocker. You want a bin file that has all the tiers and dates correct, and the event IDs and PPVs in the correct range. Also if you are still running public numbers, you'll want to get changed over to private ASAP.

It is not the AVR part that is holding you back, it is your Eeprom file.

There are problems with freezing and such even with the most current AVR update, but having a proper Eeprom bin file will lessen your misery.

Hope that helps.

Peace.

The supplied usb256 bin does not have the events ppv on it. Go to MrTeirworks or other teir generator of your choice and click on ppv and go with all the default settings and patch it to your bin. You can also change the time while you are at it if you want and add locals if you are lucky enough for them to work in your area.
