Enigma Down Again - tiers issue

I've been down here 2 days - from what appears to be a tiers issue - anybody else?? Sucks to have to wait for a fix for a problem that they hardcoded in. Can somebody email these people for an update.

I'm having similar issues that I posted about 3 days ago , but it seems sherbius doesn't use his own product, because theres no indicaton that he even knows about the problem let alone is working on a fix. I've been playing with the expiration dates (or what I think are the expiration dates) but not having any luck.

i think we are preaching to the choir, and honestly....and unfortunately, no one seems to care. it bites to wait for a fix, but here we are.

looks like they are heading back to that "zero support" service level again. Can a mod please email this guy for a timeframe? Support was excellent for the past few months.

mr. s popped his head in on his forum last night...said fix would be out this week....we'll see...

Mr. S. did a quick "show and tell" last night stating that there is more to the fix than just teirs expireing, and yes there would be a fix this week, (Just wondering if it is this week, will it be this year)

Guys, I understand and I AGREE! but I cant email this guy for shit.
every time I have ever tried it sems it just took longer to get a update.
He can be so good to be so bad at it sometimes.
I think it is a good device, I like mine, It has paid for itself maybe 10 times over.
As a single source of video enabled???? I am not so sure.

We all wait till it happens.
