I'm getting error 019

Atmega 128.3700 ird,PAL 2.2.5. Turned on TV about 4:10.Black on all channels. Shut off TV. Turned it back on a few minutes ago. error 019 "smart card not inserted correctly". Never touched Atmega.Is it a receiver hit?

My Atmega128 went down.. Switched back to ST19 and back up for me

I stand corrected. I got bad info from someone. ST19 never went down as far as I know.
