2800 and Enigma help please

I am trying to get my Enigma card working (haven't gotten it to since I got it)

I have a DN 2800 (862P), private ROM102 Rev103 (originally from different IRD and hasn't seen the stream for a couple of years, was still at rev103)

Following Mili's how to, this is what I have tried....
N2edit 2.58
Load mydishrom.bn102 file, cleaned code space & saved
DT TierWorks 26.7
cleaned tiers and selected mydishrom.bn102 file
GenDT08-SK 3.3
Load TSOP (ensured it went to Use RSA)
Load mydishrom.bn102 file
Changed Password to all 0's
Corrected keys with current keys
Added 0A Data Type
Went to TSOP tab and generated TSOP RSA
Calculated Checkpoint to fix the checkpoint
Generated Card RSA
Checked Card Patch and applied
Saved TSOP RSA-TSOP.bin
Saved Card mydishromRSA.bn102

Jkeys 2.9.11 build 026
Erased Full TSOP 5 times
Wrote generated DT08 TSOP (RSA-TSOP.bin)

Enigma Edit 9.7
Test Card all ok
Load ROM
Updated card

Enigma Edit 9.9 *even tried 9.8a when 9.9 didn't work
Load EEPROM with mydishromRSA.bn102
All info looks good (IRD, Keys, Box Keys, etc)
Provider Dish
Changed to 100MHz
Autoroll Enabled
IRD 2700/2800
added Local Tiers AT100, AT200 (parts 1 and 2) and AT250
Programmed Card

Put Enigma into IRD, connected Sat, plugged in.
Went through searching sat, got Congrats screen, got guide, blank screen on nearly ALL channels... do get video on ch213 (not surprised by that though)

I even tried by utilizing a different TierGen and just loading via Enigma Edit, same type of results.

If there is a flaw in my methods, someone please advise.

Oh, forgot to mention that between using GenDT08 and EnigmaEdit, I did use N2Edit to add 106 keys.

Any help would be appreciated, as I have seen nothing but black except on the non scrambled channels.
