help with a 4700 .bin for Phoenix please!!

Does 4900 need SK modd in the way to be used with an usb atmega with public numbers?
My receiver had never seen a rom 102 card, it is still with rom 3, the original card of it, but I am going to use usb atmega with it. My other receiver, 2800 model works great with everything taht is atmega, but the 4900 seems much more stubborn.
Anyone can help?

No SK needed, flash the same as the 2700/2800. The only problem that I had was trying to update to a different provider erasing sa30. I found it easier to get a modded tsop for your particular build

ollie123, it doesn't take the update after erasing sa30. I don't have and could not find a bin for CCDD (or close to that) with the last update.
If you got one, could you please point me to it or pm me?

Try erasing sa5 for 2800.
