If you still have your original auxshare.ini use it.

If not, open auxshare.ini and change CLIENT COM=COM2 to the COM port your MaxMel / AVR is connected to. Probably COM1.

Angus,

he he....I know you didn't mean that - you must have been sleeping still when you typed that message.

CLIENT COM= in your auxshare.ini has nothing to do with your MaxMel or AVR. Client Com is actually one of the ports in your virtual serial port pairing. Basically you want to create a serial port pair(virtual ports) - most people use the Eltima software for this.

We'll say you create a pair of ports (COM4 to COM8). Now you want your auxshare.ini to say that your CLIENT COM=COM4 or CLIENT COM=8 - it doesn't matter which. But whichever one of the pair is not selected has to be specified in your ST19 command line telling ST19 that your aux is on that other virtual port.

So we'll say that your auxshare.ini says CLIENT COM=4.

Now your ST19 command line should have the following parameters for our example ST19XL.EXE -a -pa8

Change the command line in the st19 .bat file to -pa6 instead of what ever -pa value you have there.
