Anyone have any luck unlocking a Rev 28A? I trying my first one and its being a real bitch. Im using powersync, have tried ohms between 150 and 250, 9V, with RM1A and RM1C.
Im not sure if there are any scripts I can try with it. Anyone know of any.
Thanks

The only other unlocker I have is a modded T911 and I really dont trust it with higher revs. I havent unlocked any high rev cards with the T911 but have looped a few with it.

Powersync set pot to 220 ohms and switch 1. If that does not work use same ohms and change to switch 2. This will work I have opened several. There are easier to open if they are mounted on a waffer board. If you are going to glitch it with it in the receiver then your wires need to be no more then 3 inches long. Computer ribbon cable works good. It usually takes no more then an hour and 20 mins.

Each of mine took over 10 hours so be patient, They do open.

PowerSync here... my sweet spot for 28A's is 220 ohms, sw 1 down... 4-5 hours using RM-1C.
RM-1C has been tweaked for BGAs... I have run RM-1A and the Rebelsurf script for DAYS with no result.
My first 28A that I tried with RM-1C actually popped in 25 minutes... but I have not repeated that record since. I always run with the diode mod on (sw 7) when dealing with 289/28A BGA's - I glitch them on board, using Ratshack wrapping wire (no more than 2 inches long from chip to glitcher).
I have opened 10 of 12 (two just refuse to open or loop!!!)
Hope this helps!

Yep, mine just keeps on glitching. Will not open or loop. Have run it for 16 straight hours, no open no loop. Ill just keep hacking at it. Maybe it will finally pop. BTW, someone said to try sw 3 on but I think this might loop it.

All together I have about ten DP311's that will not open (I now spent a few hours on one, if it doesn't open, I set it aside for a day when I don't have any to open).
I have opened over a hundred DP311's. I have found that the Revs that gives me the MOST trouble is Rev 285 and 287. I have Rev 289 down to a science and 28A's almost down to that level.
I don't know if there ever was a Rev 288 (I have never seen one) but most of the one's I see run across my bench are Rev 289s. Even some of my current subscribers are still at Rev 289.
