I am getting error 019 Smart card not Inserted Correctly

I am trying to switch back to Atmega after 2 years due autoroll issue on ROM102 for B3v, so I might be out of loop on some stuff....

I programmed 2 atmega 128 cards, 1 with jeepers and 1 with Pheonix loader but both are giving error 019 as soon as I insert it. Any idea what might causing problem. I tried it on 6000 and 301 b3v irds.

I searched before posting but I couldn't find relative info...

Do a ERASE FLASH/EEPROM and an ALTERNATIVE CHIP ERASE in jeepers, then use Phoenix Atmega Loader (PAL) and choose 4.50 for the clock in the wizard. (Do not forget the zero! 4.5 is NOT the same as 4.50!!!)

I programmed 18.432 MHz atmega at 4.0 ISO clock speed with latest PAL (pheonix atmega loader). I am passed the error 019 (smart card not inserted correctly...) but I am getting blank screen. My tier expire date is a month away; keys were latest at programming time and IRD info is b3v no RSA. any idea what might be causing this issue????

try clock speed 4.5 and make sure mecm 40 is clicked
