uhf remote for 625

on tv 1 it has an option for a uhf remote 5.0 is ir remote. Which remote is used for uhf operation on a 625 for tv 1. 6.0 is for uhf tv 2 thanks

your just looking at the menu which is shared between tv1 and 2.

sometimes you need to program tv 2 from tv 1. thats why you see that option in there. uhf always controlls the tv farthest away.

Hi seen a 625 in a closet both remotes were uhf . Cant check person has moved to another state. Didnt inquire to how it was done didnt have a 625 at the time.

go to menue 6-1-6 highlight enable. then to go system info highlight remote address for tv 1. I have an 8.0 uhf remote Hold down sat button till all lights light up release hit whatever number you wont for address(5) etc. hit pound button blinks 3 times then hit record button. This changes tv 1 from IR to UHF remote. Now I can put in closet and use tv 1 and tv 2 with uhf remotes
