Bought an Honda Accord V6 2008 in Usa. I imported the car in Canada. The car came with xm radio installed. I am trying to activate the radio, but to do that i need my radio ID. I tried everthing to get my Radio ID so i can activate it. Tried to turn the knob to channel zero but the lower i can go is channel 1. I am getting preview channel so i know my radio is working. Called the dealer, called XM Radio support(what a waste of time) Spoke with a few radio installer but no luck. Any suggestion will be welcome.

there is a channel that shows the radio ID on the screen, or rip the car apart and find the main box

It may not have a remote since it was indicated that he bought it with it already installed. Some Hondas have the XM built into the Honda main radio.it wont go to zero from main channel scan on unit. the only way is to use the remote and type 0. good luck.
