I am currently running a 3100.00 on d**h and I get 110 and 119 from two dishes and a sw21 switch. I use an atmega USB card and I have no problem at that address. I pack the receiver and go across the road and attach it to the same setup as I have previous but all I get is zeros for the cam and the card eventually goes code 19 and will not light up come hell or high water. The only difference is the new two 20" dishes are the new type with a 91 and 82 fitting on the front. I attached the lnb's to the 91 fitting and pointed the dishes successfully to 110 and 119 ( verified on a BEV receiver for sig and sat ID ). I am pulling my hair out because it makes no sense to me. Do new dishes for BEV have some sort of filter or am I missing something here. I also wonder if the USB atmega needs sig to operate. The problem is you cant use the D**H receiver to fine tune because it craps out on error 19. I unplug the receiver and bring it across the road and with fairly litle resistance it lights up. WTF ????????????

Any help is much appreciated

I would guess the new dishes are dish pro (18volt) and I don't think a regular sw21 works with those. Someone up to date on the newer equipment can help you more than I.

I'm not sure if a 3100.010 or a 301.010 need a dish pro adapter or not. All older equipment does.

Error 019 is "card not inserted correctly"? Try this: Clean the atmega contacts with isopropyl alcohol (99%). Then slide the card in and out a few times in rcvr card slot.
