If you're using a bin created before the provider ID's all changed to hex format, which occured long after 5.02 was released, that's your problem. You'll need two PPV strings, one 10000-99999 like we've been using all along, and the other one approximately 670000 low, 700000 high. Easy enough to do in Mr. Tierworks 3.1.

Only three ways to get them:
(1) From the original sub'd card (after you unlock it!).
or
(2) JTAG the reciever and get the info from JKEYS.
or
(3) Call Dionne Warwick at the Psychic Friends Network and ask her.

IS THIS THE RIGHT SETTINGS FOR TIERS?

No, it's not, and it's my fault as my post was a bit confusing. My apologies. They have indeed converted to hex format but rather than firing up your Windows Calculator to do the conversion, you can simply type in the decimal equivalent and the Mr. Tierworks program will convert it for you.
The settings I posted are the DECIMAL equivalents, not the HEX. On the left side of the window, type in 0670000 (you must not forget that first zero) for the low, then 0700000 for the high. You'll notice that on the right side of the window the program will insert A3930 and AAE60. Hope that clears up the confusion. :)
