I have been running ST19 for sometime with private numbers and running fine. I wanted to switch my CEMU bin to private also. I followed the instructions on the sticky to the tee. I made a private CEMU which worked perfectly but has no locals. I have tried to add locals with MR Tierworks 3.1 and only black screen or no change at all. Can anyone give me instructions to add the locals to my bin?
