swapped sub bev 102 card recently for 240

can the old 102 be opened even though it is stream locked at the current rev?

BTW anyone know of anyone or place that a DN102 rev 103 spoofed to 10c with bad cmd error from a bad write can be sent for $ and repaired ?

what rev are these stream locked cards that are being swapped currently 248 or 289?
