N2Edit v2.58 not working

I tried running N2Edit v2.58, and it looked like it fully load up, but under a blink of an eye, it just seems to quit and disappear. Dunno what's wrong. Any ideas?

make sure that you have all 3 net frameworks installed

i would start from scratch and hope that works for you
