This appeared in our local newspaper this morning. This not a word for word quote as my wife threw out the paper.
The Public Service Commission of Mississippi has filed a complaint against 8 companies for violating the NO CALL law put into force this summer. The total of the fines expected is about $2.5 million. A 9th company, DIRECTV, has agreed to co-operate with the commission to help eliminate the possibility of a long court battle. The possible fines for DIRECTV ranges between $50,000 and $500,000 depending on the number complaints registered by the commission from the public..
Ain't this great. Dave is getting it from all sides now for a change :p ..
