Some observations with st19xl 2.8.0 on Rom 103 receivers

Config - windows, d*sh, 522 receiver, no aux, reset mod
Well, 2.7.9 was working fine on 522 receiver until recent freezing. 2.8.0 seems to lock up when asked to decrypt. If you set your channel to a non-encrypted channel like 101, the emulator syncs up and no resets are sent from the receiver. Once you change channel to an encrypted channel, that's when something fails and resets occur. I'm posting both working 2.7.9 snoops as well as non-working 2.8.0 snoops in the hope that it helps PGM figure out what the issue is.

Hopefully that helps PGM figure something out.
On another note, 2.8.0 now works with the VIP 622 WITH the reset mod back in, so that's good news. But then, it has the same issue as the 522 in that it resets when changing to an encrypted channel.

Just a reminder, PGM's emulator software isn't necessarily intended for use in the way we use it. Most st19 chips are not used for TV receivers. This latest version is tailored to work with all st19 chips, not just the uses we're using it for. I'm sure PGM will work out any bugs that may be present in short order. At least that's his history anyway. If you were to run a box that originally came with a rom102, the software would run perfectly for you as is.

Will 2.8.00 run on a avr? i'm trying it on a 301-010 with flash 10c and i get the error 019 and when i go back to 2.7.9 run's fine beside the freezing.
