625 dvr tsop

I have a 625 dvr but it came with a internal 206. I want to mod the tsop and eeprom so I can use a rom 103. Is there a place to buy a modded tsop and eeprom for a 625 dvr?

Either you must have some really good soldering/heating skills to want to replace a 625's BGA TSOP all by yourself, or you are not aware that you cannot jtag a 625.
