2313 flashing problem

I am trying to flash 10bar.hex to the AT90S2313 chip using Milli's programmer.

I have tried FBRGP16 and I keep getting Low Byte Error.

I tried Avreal and keep getting Can't Resync Error.

Either the chip is toast or you have a bad connection.

Get another 2313 to test.
